AG02
FREE FLOW, HIGH STRENGTH, NON-SHRINK, VERSATILE, CEMENTITIOUS PRECISION GROUT, CHLORIDE-FREESWADI - AG02 is supplied as a Ready to use dry powder. The addition of controlled amount of clean water produces a free flowing, non shrink grout for gap thickness up to 100 mm. AG02 is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives. The low water demand ensures high early strength. The grade fillers are designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent grout.
AG02 has very high days 7 days pull out bond strength of 40 to 50 N/mm . Which no other cement based grouts provides. Consistency in performance of AG02 grout is assured, as only recommended quantity of water is required to be added to the designed premix composition. The flowable and self-leveling properties ensure complete filling voids and perfect bearing. AG02 grout can be poured, pumped and compacted.
SWADI AG02 grouts are ideally suited to withstand static and dynamic loads. Typical applications would be the grouting for anchor bolts, machine base plates, bearing plates, pre-cast wall panels, void filling requirements, bore packing and also many other equipment foundations.
