EPOCOAT SW200 PRIMER

EPOXY SW200 PRIMER form a high-build protective film on the concrete surface, producing a hard, long wearing, abrasion resistance finish. They also offer excellent water repellence. DESIGNED USE. As a holding primer for Epocoats Range of floor coatings In order to prevent the peeling of the top of your new epoxy floor, you will need to seal it, other reasons for sealing an epoxy floor include preventing colour change and reducing slippage.

FEATURES :
  • Designed as a primer for concrete surface.
  • Suitable primer for entire EPOCOAT SW200 PRIMER topcoat series
  • Provide excellent adhesion between concrete surface & epoxy top coating/screeding
  • Good penetration and sealing properties
  • Good bonding with old & new concrete surfaces that are sound
  • Good chemical resistance.
DESIGNED USE :

As a holding primer for Epocoats Range of floor coatings

EPOCOAT EU05

EPOCOAT EU05 it is a solvent less epoxy floor self-leveling screed suitable for application of 1mm to 5 mm self levelling underlay intended for covering surface imperfections and unevenness on concrete substrate its self-leveled three component epoxy system it provides a proper base for application of the self levelling top coats and get sandwiched between the primer & top coat it to impact very high compressive strength & abrasion resistance recommended for concrete and masonry substrates as primer, screed, & sealer. It has excellent adhesion to concrete and other cementitious substrates. EPOCOAT EU05 consists of special resins and graded aggregates formulated to withstand chemical attack and impact shock. The product is used as a 3 component system comprising resin base, hardener and fillers. When correctly laid EPOCOAT EU05 will provide a surface ready

PROPERTIES:
  • Excellent adhesion.
  • Excellent Compressive Strength
  • Excellent impact resistance to heavy mechanical load
  • High abrasion resistance.
  • Excellent bond to epoxy and PU top coats
ADVANTAGES:
  • Provides a flat and level surface
  • Seamless
  • Quick & easy to lay
  • Excellent bond with substrate & toppings
APPLICATION AREAS :
  • Loading/unloading bays
  • Warehouses & store rooms
  • Tool rooms, workshops & service stations
  • Equipment stores and auxiliary areas
  • Manufacturing & packing areas
USES :

Screed application is normally recommended for areas where medium-high load movement is envisaged. Heavy mechanical load and high abrasion resistance requirements of concrete and masonry substrates are suggested with a built of 1-5 mm screed, before going in for floor coatings finishes.
