SWADI CAST- NORMAL

Conventional castable, coming under the dense castable category, contains a high amount of refractory high alumina cement. The choice of aggregate is alumina based (Tabular alumina, fused alumina, calcined bauxite etc.) or alumino-silicate based (calcined clay, mullite etc.). The water requirement for casting is relatively high. The type of bonding is hydraulic. Placing of conventional castable requires extensive vibration and ramming.
Conventional castable from SWADI ensures consistent quality and best performance. In the product category we have all the standard conventional castable starting from 45% alumina containing to 95% alumina. Apart from that we also make customized products based on customer requirement.

APPLICATION AREA:

It is used for reheating furnace wall casting and general purpose.
